Bryant Family

I had the opportunity to photograph some of my favorite people in Macon.  The Bryant + Hodgens + Gramm family have been friends of ours for many years.  The baby, Oak, was born just this past summer.  And less than 48 hours after this session ended, Lauren Summers had her new baby too!  It is always a joy to get to photograph the people you love. 

Its been too long!

This posting is beyond overdue!  My wife has openend her own business (Peek-A-Boo Paintings);   Abigail is now four and has become a preschool social butterfly; we've been trying to sell our house since March; and, we've added another to our family.  I'm now the proud dad of two girls!  Mallory was born this past summer and, as most babies do, has demanded quite a bit of attention.  So, with these minor changes in my life I've allowed myself to fall way behind in updating my webiste and blog.  Fortunately, I've been able to stay comfortably busy shooting and have tons of images to post over the coming weeks.  I've also been busy updating my pricing structure and will post the changes soon.  So, for now here are a few pictures.... 

Mallory at 7 days old.

This shot was a bit of an accident.  Aubrey, my wife, was posing Mallory while I was testing my flash settings.  Turned out to be one of our favorite! 

Yep.  That's a chair in a yard.  Totally normal! 

Abigail was (and is) so excited to be a big sister!

Kaylin Grace

Sweet baby Kaylin was just over a week old when I took these pictures.  I spent most of the morning with her and her mom and grandmother.  It took us about an hour to get her to sleep, but once she dozed off she was more than willing to do anything we asked of her.  

By the way, if you know of anywhere to get some cool infant hats, bows, blankets, etc., let me know.  I'm trying to grow my prop collection. 

Sweet Baby Girl

I spent about 2.5 hours with a sweet newborn (12 days old) yesterday morning at her home in Macon.  She weighs just over 6 pounds and is a complete doll.  It was truly a wonderful session.  I don't normally sneak peek this early, but I couldn't resist sharing one picture from our time together.  I'll post more once I finish processing the images.
